Adornments may include, silk, feather, or satin floral, such as silk or feather roses or hibiscus all hand created. Feather accents are unique and several hand sculptured to add just the right finishing touch. Accent with lavish & unique feathers. Many featuring 30 inch prime ostrich plumes, sculptured and draping oh so gently over the brims, to create the exact elegant tough to complete this fine millinery creation. Note ALL my Picture Hat designers are created over hand constructed buckram and wire bases, which I create.
